Grilled Potato Wedges

Combine oil and seasonings in resealable plastic food storage bag
- Seasoning:
- 4 large Idaho potatoes
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced finely
- 1 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- fresh ground black pepper, to taste
French Bread Pizza

Coat a saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 (8oz) can no salt added tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 (6 inch) French rolls, split lengthwise
- 3 oz thinly sliced Canadian bacon
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

- Dry Rub:
- 8 Tbs light brown sugar, lightly packed
- 3 Tbsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp jalapeno seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp rubbed thyme
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Braising Liquid:
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped

- 1 (16oz) pkg Green Giant Frozen Cut Green Beans, thawed, drained

- 1/4 cup cider vinegar

Beef Stroganoff

Partially freeze steak; trim fat from steak
- 1 1/b lean boneless top sirloin steak
- vegetable cooking spray
- 3 cps sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp beef flavored bouillon granules
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup low fat sour cream
- 3 1/2 cups cooked wide egg noodles (cooked without salt or fat)
- 3 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
- fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
Crockpot Candy (Ronna Pope)

Layer ingredients into crockpot (5 quart) starting with the peanuts
- 34.5 oz honey roasted dry roasted peanuts (planters)
- 32 oz almond bark (vanilla flavored)
- 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 oz German chocolate bar (by Baker's)
- optional garnish: sprinkles or crushed candy canes
Lemon Bars (Susan Brown)

Mix together butter, flour and powdered sugar, then press into a 9x13 pan, halfway up the sides, to form crust
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 6-7 Tbsp. lemon juice (more or less for desired tartness)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Cranberries Salad

- 4 small apples
