Sloppy Joes (Susan Powter)

In a nonstick pan, cook onion, pepper, and garlic over medium heat for 5 minutes
- 1 Large red onion, chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lb white meat ground turkey
- 1 12oz bottle chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 2 tsp rice vinegar

Preheat grill. Place ground beef in a cast iron skillet and place skillet over heat
