  • 2 Cloves of Garlic
  • Minced Salt & Pepper
  • Pinch of Sugar

  • 2 1/2 C. Low Sodium Chicken
  • Broth
  • 14.5oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 C. Uncooked long grain rice
