Low Carb Ground Beef Stroganoff Casserole with Cauliflower Rice & Sugar Free Montreal Steak Seasoning Rub

Sugar Free Montreal Steak Seasoning Rub Combine all spices in a small bowl & stir together
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 2T olive oil
- 1 lb mushrooms, washed,
- drained dry & cut into quarters

- 1 tsp seasoning

- 2T ground coriander
- 2T dill weed
- 2 tsp Cayenne pepper

Coleslaw (Healthy)(No Mayo)

All all the ingredients in large for the slaw EXCEPT the almonds & pepitas
- SLAW
- 1/2 med head purple cabbage,
- shredded (about 3 cups)

- 3 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 T. apple cider vinegar
- 1-2 T. pure maple syrup,
- adjust to taste
