Glazed Mimosa Bread

In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
- FOR BREAD:
- 1 3/4C. flour
- 3/4C. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg beaten
- 3/4C. champagne
- 1/2C. sour cream
- 1/4C. Simple Truth Orange Juice
- 1/4C. cooking oil
- zest of 1 orange
- FOR GLAZE:
- 1/2C. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. Simple Truth Orange Juice
- 1 tsp Champagne
- orange zest
- (recipe can be doubled)
Knock You Naked Brownies

Preheat over to 350. Grease and flour a 9x9 inch baking pan
- 1 stick butter, melted,plus more for greasing
- flour, for dusting
- 1/3 plus 1/2 C. evaporated milk
- One 18.5oz box German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1C. finely chopped pecans
- 60 caramels, unwrapped
- 1/3C semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4C. powdered sugar, sifted
Grilled New Potato Salad and Buttermilk Dressing

Put the potatoes in a pot of salted cold water and bring to a boil
- 2 1/2 LBS small red potatoes, scrubbed
- kosher salt
- 8oz bacon, diced
- 1/2C buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp mayo
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 C. canola oil
- 3 green onions, white & green parts, thinly sliced
Banana Split Dessert (Grandma's Recipe)

Drain 1 can crushed pineapple, set aside
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 2 pkgs Lucky Whip
- 2C. graham crackers
- 3/4 LB oleo
- 2C. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- maraschino cherries
- bananas - cut longwise
- chopped nuts

- 14 oz (about 12) Fingerling
- Potatoes, halved
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 Bell Pepper (cut into thin
- slices)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 - 8oz can cut green beans,
- drained (used fresh &
- steamed ahead of time)
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Seafood Primavera Pasta Pizza

Cook vermicelli to desired doneness as directed on package
- PASTA CRUST
- 8 oz uncooked vermicellio or angel hair pasta
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 3 eggs, beaten
- SAUCE
- 1 cup whipping cream or half and half
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp cooking sherry or dry sherry
- 1/8 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- FILLING
- 2 to 4 Tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper cut into 1x1/4 inch strips
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups Green Giant American Mixtures Manhattan Style Frozen Broccoli, Cauliflower, Pea Pods & Yellow Peppers (from 16oz bag), thawed, large pieces cut up
- 1 (4.5oz) jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3 cups seafood ( small uncooked shelled shrimp, uncooked bay scallops and imitation crab meat)
- 5 oz (1 1/4 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
Horseradish Crusted Tender Tails

- 1/3 cup prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- coarse salt
- ground pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. tender tails
Black Bean Dip

Mix all ingredients together - can always add a little more cheese or salsa to right consistency and taste
- 1 can Campbell's Black Bean Soup or can of black beans (if just using beans, microwave a short time and mash up a little bit)
- 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup salsa
- tortilla chips
Spiced Pinto Beans with Chorizo

In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil under shimmering
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp chipolte powder
- 1/2 lb fresh Mexican chorizo or hot italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 15oz can pinto beand, with their liquid
- 2 Tbsp water
- salt & fresh ground pepper
- 1 cup fried pork rinds, coarsely chopped, for garnish
