Preheat ove to 375. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium-high heat
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 large white onion, finely chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper, finely chopped
- One 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 cup grated pecorino-romano cheese
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 8.5oz cans artichoke hearts, finely chopped & squeezed dry
- 10 oz precooked shrimp, finely chopped
- salt & pepper
- pita chips or bagel chips
Bird's Nest Pie

Divide apples evenly between two 9 inch pie plates coated with nonstick cooking spray; set aside

- 5 medium apples, peeled and sliced

One-Pot Lemon Chicken Rigatoni (Penne) (Pillsbury)

- 16 ounce fresh broccoli - flowerets broken apart
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)or can substitute mozzarella
