Must refrigerate 3 hours before serving
- 2 pkgs (8 oz each) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 4 squares Bakers white chocolate, chopped and divided OR
- 2/3 C of white chocolate chips
- 1 graham cracker crust
Fudge Chocolate Cake

Linda's Fudge Cake from Cheesecake Factory and place in Searcy
- Icing:
- 1 3/4 C Flour
- 2 C Sugar
- 3/4 C Cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 C milk
- 1/2 C Vegetable Oil
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 C Boiling Water
- 4 C Semisweet Chocolate Chips (2 12oz packages)
- 2 C Whipping Cream
- 3 Tbs Butter
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Lemonies (like Brownies)

- Glaze:
- 3/4 C White Chocolate Chips
- 1 Stick of Butter, Melted
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 1/4 C Lemon Juice
- 1 3/4 C Flour
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 C Powdered Sugar
- 1/4 C Lemon Juice
- Lemon Zest
Squash Casserole (Great)

- 4 LB Squash and Zucchini, Sliced
- 1 Sweet Onion, Chopped
- 1 C (4oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 Large Eggs, slightly Beaten
- 2 1/2 C Soft Fresh Breadcrumbs, Divided
- 1 1/4 C Shredded Parmesan Cheese (5 oz)
- 2 TBS Butter, Melted
Cheese Potato Soup (Shay)

Saute vegetables in butter, add chicken broth, cover and bring to a boil
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 1/2 cup Chopped Celery
- 2 cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 2 cans Cream of Potato Soup
- 1 Pound Velveeta Cheese
- 1 (3 ounces) package of Cream Cheese
- Pepper to taste
Oreo Cheesecake

Line a 13X9 inch pan with foil with ends extending over the ends of the pan
- 1 package Oreo cookies, divided
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 packages of softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tub (8 oz) cool whip, thawed
Chess Pie Chocolate Chip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 9" Pie Crust
- 1/4 C Melted Butter
- 1 1/2 C Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 TB Flour
- 1 TB Cornmeal
- 1 TB Vanilla
- 1 TB Vinegar
- 1/4 C Milk
- 1 C Chocolate Chips
Mints - Cream Cheese

- 1/4 C Butter, Softened
- 2 LBs Powdered Sugar
- 1-2 tsp Extract of your choice
- Gel Food Coloring
- 1/2 C Powdered Sugar for rolling
Bread Seasoning

- 1/2 C Italian Seasoning
- 2 TBS Granulated Garlic

- Cake:
- Butter, for greasing pans
- 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for pans
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large ripe bananas, mashed

- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), at room temperature
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
