Chocolate Cookie Bark

Melt chocolates in microwave
- 1 package (8 squares) Baking Chocolate
- 1 package (8 squares) White Baking Chocolate
- 5 Oreo cookies
- 2 Tbs Peanut Butter, Optional
Taco Frito Soup

cook on high for 4-6 hours in a crock pot
- Place in crockpot with:
- Brown 1lb Ground Beef with taco seasoning
- 1 can corn with juice
- 1 can chile beans
- 1 can red beans
- 1 can tomato sauce with a little water
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can rotel
- Sour cream, shredded cheese and fritos as desired
Snickerdoodles

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Ingredients:
- 1 C Shortening (or 1/2 C Shortening and 1/2 C Butter)
- 1 1/2 C Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 3/4 C Flour
- 2 Tsp Cream of Tartar
- Topping:
- 2 Tbs Sugar
- 2 Tsp Cinnamon
Chicken Salad (Chick Fil A)

Chick Fil A's chicken salad recipe
- 4 Chicken Breasts (cooked) cut in 1" cubes
- 1 1/2 Stalks Celery, washed cut in 1" pieces
- 1/3 C Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1/2 C Mayo
- 2 Eggs, Hard Boiled
Thousand Island Salad Dressing (Celebration)

Whisk together and chill for an hour
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 2 Tsp Sweet Relish

- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Sold

- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 C Flour
- 12 oz Chocolate Chips

- 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can mild Rotel
- flour tortillas
- chicken, cooked and diced
- grated/shredded cheese
