Lemon Bars, Creamy

Note: Must refrigerate 2 hours after cooling
- 20 Nilla Wafers, finely crushed
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) cold butter
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese (you can use 1/3-less fat cream cheese)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, at room temperature (just place eggs in a bowl of warm water for about 10 minutes)
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons grated lemon peel, divided
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (use juice from the lemons you zested)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- powdered sugar (optional)

- 1/4 C Flour
- 1/4 Tsp Salt

- Praline Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 Package (15 oz) Refrigerated Pie Crust
- 3/4 C Butter, Softened (1 1/2 Sticks)
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 C Flour
- 1 C Chocolate Chips

- 1 Lb Unsalted Butter, Softened
- 1 C Sugar
- 6 Egg Yolks
- 1 Tbs Vanilla
- 2 Drops Yellow Food Coloring
- Zest of 2 Lemons
- 5 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg
Witch Hat Cookies

Attach 1 chocolate candy to chocolate bottom of each cookie, using decorating icing
- 32 Hershey's® Kisses® brand milk chocolates, unwrapped
- 1 package (11 1/2 ounces) fudge-striped shortbread cookies (32)
- 1 tube (4.25 ounces) orange or red decorating icing
Pea Salad (Mom)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly spray a 9’x13’ pan with cooking spray
- 1 box Duncan Hines German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 stick softened butter
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkg chocolate chips
