Squash, Simple Baked

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 Lbs Yellow Squash
- 1/2 C Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 C Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 C Butter, Divided
- 1/2 C Bread Crumbs or Cracker Meal
- 5 Lbs Yellow Squash
- 1/2 C Cheddar Cheese, Grated
- 1/2 C Heavy Cream
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 C Sugar
- 1 C Bread Crumbs
Strawberry Daiquiri

Mix
- 1 oz Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 oz Strawberry Schnapps
- 1 oz Strawberries
Sugar Cookies (Gloria LeMaster)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cream:
- 1 C sugar
- 1 C powdered sugar
- 3/4 C Crisco
- 2 sticks butter
- Add
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cream of tartar
- Mix, then add
- 4 C flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
Chicken and Dressing (Betty)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Boil chicken and save broth
- Cornbread
- 1 C meal
- 1/2 C flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- Sage
- Onion
- Celery
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 egg, boiled and diced
- Buttermilk to taste (or milk)
- Full chicken boiled (save broth)
Blue Hawaiin

Mix and serve over ice. OR Crush 1 C of ice with it in a blender
- 1 oz Rum
- 1 oz Blue Curacuo
- 2 ox Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Cream of Coconut
Cobbler, Pecan

Heat over to 425 degrees. Grease a 9X13 pan
- 1 Box Pie Crust (2 crusts total)
- 2 1/2 C Light Corn Syrup
- 2 1/2 C Sugar
- 1/2 C Butter, Melted
- 4 1/2 C Vanilla
- 6 Eggs
- 2 C Pecans--Broken into small pieces
- 2 C Pecans Whole or Halves
Smoothie Creamy Orange Drink

In a mixing bowl, combine 3 cups OJ and the rest of the ingredients
- 6 cups prepared orange juice, divided
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 envelope whipped topping mix

Vanilla Sugar Cookies

Requires refrigeration after mixing
- 1 C soft margarine
- 2/3 C sugar
- 1 Tbs vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 C flour
- Sugar Frosting
- 2 C powdered sugar (1 box)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 Tbs water (add one Tbs at a time until the consistency you want.)
