Strawberry Cream Pie

- 3 Tbs Cornstarch
- 2 Tbs Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 C Sugar, Divided
- 3 C Half-N-Half
- 6 Egg Yolks
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 9 oz of Chocolate Wafer Cookies
- 4 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1/2 C Butter, Melted
- 1 Quart Strawberries
- 1/4 C Red Currant Jelly (Opt Glaze)
- 1 Tbs Orange Liqeur (Opt Glaze)
IP Potato Soup

Instant Pot Potato Soup
- 2 Tbs Butter
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 6 Large Potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 C Chicken Broth
- 1 C plus 2 Tbs Milk
- 4 TBS Cornstarch
- 1/2 C Heavy Cream
- 1 small individual block Velveeta
- Toppings: Cheese, bacon
Chicken Stir Fry (WW)

Spray a large nonstick skillet with Pam and heat
- 1 Lb Chicken Tenders
- 4 C Stir Fry Vegetables
- 1/2 C Chicken Broth
- 1/4 C Light Teriyaki Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Egg Casserole (Crock Pot)

Spray crock pot with pam, spread frozen has browns on the bottom
- 1 Bag Frozen Hash Browns
- 16 Eggs
- 1 C Milk
- 1 Tbs Ground Mustard
- 16 oz Cooked Sausage
- Salt and Pepper
- 16 oz Shredded Cheese
Cake Addition, Italian Custard Cream (Cake Boss)

- 2 1/2 C Whole Milk
- 1 Tbs Vanilla
- 1 C Sugar
- 2/3 C CAKE Flour
- 5 Egg Yolks (extra large)
- 2 tsp Salted Butter
Chicken, Grilled Lime (WW)

- 1/2 C Dry Vermouth, White Wine or Tequila
- 2 T Lime Juice
- 1 T Minced Cilantro
- 1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 T Reduced Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tbs Pepper
- 4 Chicken Breasts
Peanut Butter Swirl (for Brownies)

Steak - Jack Daniels Style

- 2 tsp Chili Powder
