Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cornbread Ingredients:
- Cornbread, (Recipe Follows)
- 7 Slices Oven-Dried White Bread
- 1 Sleeve Saltine Crackers
- 8 T Butter
- 2 C Celery, Chopped
- 1 Large Onion, Chopped
- 7 C Chicken Stock
- 1 Tsp Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Sage (Optional)
- 1 T Poultry Seasoning (Optional)
- 5 Eggs, Beaten
- 1 C Self-Rising Cornmeal
- 1/2 C Self-Rising Flour
- 3/4 C Buttermilk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 T Vegetable Oil
Strawberry Lemon Layer

Blend and pour over layers
- 1 1/2 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/4 C sugar
- 6 Tbs softened butter
- Mix above and press into 9 X 13 pan.
- 2-8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/4 C milk
- Beat above and spread over crust.
- 2 3/4 C milk
- 2-4 serving packages of Instant Lemon pudding
Key Lime Cookies (Food TV)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Key lime juice
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 2 cups prepared Key lime curd
- 1 cup powdered sugar, for sprinkling

- 1 8oz Cool Whip
- Strawberries for topping

- 1/4 C Bisquick
- 3 Tbs Taco Seasoning
- 2 C Shredded Cheese
