Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2 C Crushed Pretzels
- 3/4 C Melted Butter
- 3 Tbs Sugar
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 C Sugar
- 2 C Whipped Cream or Cool Whip
- 6 oz Strawberry JELLO
- 2 C boiling Water
- 10 oz Pkg Frozen Strawberries
Punch for Brunch

Stir all ingredients (except garnishes) together
- 46 oz can of pineapple juice, chilled
- 3 C orange juice, chilled
- 2 C cranberry juice, chilled
- 3/4 C powdered sugar
- 1/4 C lime juice, chilled
- Garnishes: mint leaves, lime slices, orange slices, cranberries
Green Bean Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine all and bake for 30 minutes
- 28 oz French cut green beans, drained
- 1/4 C milk (or less)
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 can fried onions
Chicken Tamale Casserole

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 Box Jiff Cornbread
- 1 can Cream Style Corn
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Chili Powder (maybe 1/2!!!)
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 3-4 C Shredded Cheese
- 1 Can Enchilada Sauce
- Rotisserie Chicken meat shredded
Chicken Caesar

- 1 1/2 Lbs of Chicken Breast
- 1 C Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing
- 4-8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 C Italian Cheese
Cream Cheese Swirl for Brownies

Mix and top brownie batter
- 1 8oz package of Cream Cheese
- 1/3 C Sugar
- 1 Egg
Mexican Tortilla Casserole (Stack)

Can be done in a large casserole dish OR a spring form pan and sliced like a pie!
- 1-1 1/2 Lb Ground Beef
- Taco Seasoning Mix (that matches amount of meat)
- 2-3 C Shredded Cheese
- 1 Can Black Beans (Drained and Rinsed)
- 1 Package Taco-Style Rice (Prepared)
- 1 Can Mexi-Corn (Drained)
- 4-5 Large Flour Tortillas
- Mild Picante (about half of a large bottle)
Squash Casserole Boston Market

-Pre heat oven to 350 degrees F
- 4 1/2 C. Zucchini (diced)
- 4 1/2 C. Yellow Squash (diced)
- 1 1/2 C. Yellow Onion (chopped)
- 1 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (prepare as directed on box)
- 1 1/2 Stick of Butter
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Thyme
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
- 8 oz. American Processed Cheese (diced, use a store brand not Velveeta)
- 3 Cubes of Chicken Bouillon
- 1 tsp. Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. Salt
Italian Pasta Salad (Paula Deen)

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium heat
- 1/2 tsp Salt, plus more for seasoning
- 1 Lb Bow Tie Pasta
- 1 C Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 C Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs Sugar
- 2 C Halved Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 (4-ounce) can sliced Mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Grated Parmesan, for topping
