Churro French Toast

In a shallow bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla and a pinch of salt
- FOR THE FRENCH TOAST
- 1 1/2 c. whole milk
- 6 large eggs

- 2 (14 oz) cans cream-style corn
- 1 1/2 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 1/2 C diced potatoes with skin on
- 1 1/2 C carrots, shredded
- 1/2 C onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 C fresh parsley, chopped
