Cheese Fries - Rachel Ray

Have your GH (Grown Helper) put fries in oven on a cookie sheet
- 1 sack frozen French fries, any brand or shape crinkle cut, thin cut, steak cut, waffle fries prepared to package directions
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 1/2 cups, (10-ounce) sack shredded yellow Cheddar
- 3 squirts ketchup, about 1/4 cup
Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

Line a 13 x 9inch baking dish with aluminum foil then spray lightly with cooking spray; set aside
- 2 1/4 self rising flour
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, mostly melted
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 12 oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips (2 cups) divided

Directions Stir confectioners' sugar, corn syrup, and milk together in a bowl until smooth
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 4 teaspoons light corn syrup
- 4 teaspoons milk
Creamy Tomato Soup with Baked Mozzarella Balls

advance prep: The first order of business is to cube/ball your mozzarella into one-inch cubes
- for the mozzarella balls:
- 1 steaming hot bowl of tomato soup [scroll down for recipe!]
- 3-4 cubes of mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg white, whisked
- 1/4 cup flour [or a little less]
- approx 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning blend [like Mrs Dash]

Garlic Rosemary Pork Tenderloin Recipe

Instructions Mix together the olive oil, rosemary, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper
- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Additional 1 tbsp olive oil if sautéing in pan.
Green Beans

1. Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in the pan and melt 3-4 tablespoons of butter over medium high heat
- 1 lb. fresh green beans
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- 2-3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2-3 cups of chicken broth
- 3-4 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup + 1/3 cup salted butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Garlic Butter Scallops

INSTRUCTIONS Heat a large nonstick pan to medium-high heat and add olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds scallops, approximately 20 pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley, more to garnish
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- Salt, to taste
Cheesy Garlic Bites

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 2 cans buttermilk biscuits (not the flaky kind)
- 20 balls mozzarella fresca ciliegine (cherry size) or mozzarella cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- salt and basil to taste
Rissole Potatoes

Parboil potatoes in a saucepan for 10 minutes; drain Melt butter in the pan over low heat
- Parboil:
- 1 1/2 lb. small red potatoes, peeled
- Melt:
- 4 T. unsalted butter
- Toss with:
- 2 T. unsalted butter, softened
- 1 T. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 T. minced fresh chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
