- 2 cups sweetened and shredded coconut, divided
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp sugar, divided
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 1 quart plus 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 6 cinnamon sticks
- 7 eggs
- 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp honey

- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 lb bacon, chopped
- 1 head red cabbage, coarsely shredded
- 2 apples, quartered
- 3 cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup red wine
- few drops of lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
Pizza Quiche

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F 1
- 8 oz thinly sliced pepperoni
- 1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
- 2/3 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- grated parmesan cheese
- 1 8oz can tomato sauce with mushrooms
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp basil

- Oil
- 3 medium onions, finely chopped
- 2 medium green peppers, finely chopped
- 3 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 8 lbs coarsely ground beef
- 1 (6oz) can tomato paste
- 2 (1 lb 12 oz) cans stewed tomatoes
- 2 (16oz) cans tomato sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 (3oz) jars chili powder
- 2 Tbsp salt
- oregano
- 1 (7oz) can chile salsa
- 1 medium jalapeno, seeded and chopped
- garlic salt coarsely ground black pepper
Indian Green Beans and Potatoes - Aloo Beans

1. Clean and cut the green beans and potatoes
- 1/2 lb french green beans
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp amchoor (dry mango powder), or according to taste
- 2-3 Tbsp oil or ghee butter

- Chiles:
- 1 Tbsp veg oil
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tsp diced onion
- 1 tsp Each: diced apple, dried apricots, dried cranberries, dried pear and raisins
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- 1 cup dry white wine
- sugar
- salt and fresh pepper
- 4 Poblano peppers, roasted and peeled
- Sauce:
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1/2 Tbsp veg oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup almonds, ground
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp cilantro leaves for garnish
- 1-2 tsp pomegranate seeds for garnish
