  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • one 15oz can pure pumpkin puree OR pure pumpkin
  • one 12oz can evaporated milk
  • Baked Press-In Crust (recipe is in my collection)
  • Creme fraiche or whipped cream, for serving

  • Sauce: 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 2 Tbsp liquid aminos OR soy sauce

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 1/4 tsp red chili pepper flakes
  • Chicken: 1 Tbsp coconut oil, OR oil of your choice
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
  • sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

  • Diced green onions sesame seeds (toppings for finished chicken)
