1 In a medium bowl, toss the Johnsonville® Andouille Dinner Sausage, the shrimp or chicken, and Creole seasoning
- 1 package Johnsonville® Andouille Dinner Sausage, cut into 1/4 thick coin pieces
- 1/2 pound whole medium raw shell-off shrimp, peeled and deveined OR boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 box (8 ounces) Jambalaya Rice Mix
- 2 teaspoons Creole Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Grilled Pinwheel Steaks and Roasted Broccoli

Preheat oven to 425°F. Prepare outdoor grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
- Ingredients
- 2 1 1/4- to 1 1/2-pound skirt steaks, trimmed
- EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil, for liberal drizzling
- Kosher salt and coarse black pepper
- Zest of 2 lemons, divided
- 4 tablespoons rosemary, stemmed and coarsely chopped
- 8 cloves garlic, 4 finely chopped, 4 thinly sliced
- 2 cups loosely packed flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups large, shaved curls of Parmigiano-Reggiano (Tip: Use a veggie peeler to get large flakes of cheese)
- Butcher twine
- 3 bundles baby broccoli or 2 large bundles of broccolini, trimmed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons, half a palmful, crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 large red mild pepper, such as a frying pepper or field pepper, seeded and thinly sliced lengthwise

- 1/8 cup canola oil
- 8 ounces red onion, diced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 6 ounces red bell pepper, seeded and diced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 8 ounces ground Kurobuta (Berkshire) pork
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
- 3 ounces tomato paste
- 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup dry red wine
- 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

- A few cloves crushed garlic
- For the 10-Flavor Flour:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup cornmeal
- 2 teaspoons each granulated garlic, granulated onion and sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon each ground coriander, allspice, mustard, cayenne pepper or red pepper, and ground thyme

- 4 pounds fresh shucked lobster meat
- 3 pounds cooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cups chopped scallions
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted tomatoes
- 2 cups flour
- 12 ounces unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon white pepper
- 6 cups half-and-half
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 pounds shredded white Cheddar
- 2 pounds plus 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 2 ounces dried Italian seasoning

- 1 cup Greek Yogurt (I used Fage Non-Fat Plain)
