- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 6 quarts water
- 8 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup kosher salt
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 7 fresh sage leaves
