Let dough rest at room temperature for 2-3 hours
- 1 1/2 pounds pizza dough
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 pound sweet Genoa salami
- 1/2 pound sweet capicola
- 1/2 pound mortadella
- 1/2 pound prosciutto cotto
- 1/2 pound sweet sopressata
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- 1 cup smoked mozzarella, shredded
- 1 cup provolone, shredded
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dry oregano
- favourite tomato sauce, for dipping

- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated peanut butter cookies
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons Fisher® Honey Roasted Peanuts, coarsely ground*
- 1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Unsalted or Salted Butter
- 1/2 cup JIF® Creamy Peanut Butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 1/3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons whipping (heavy) cream

Stovetop Directions: In a large stockpot, heat 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, or beef stew meat (or whatever lean steaks are on sale!), cut into about 1" cubes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 lb. potatoes (I like Yukon Gold), diced and (if desired) peeled
- 8 cups beef stock
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes, with juice
- 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning, homemade or store-bought
- 1 teaspoon salt, or more/less to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
- (optional garnish: chopped fresh parsley)
T-Bone Steak with Bacon-Mushroom Sauce

- 2 beef T-bone steaks (1 lb./450 g), 1 inch thick
- 2 slices bacon, cut into 1/4-inch pieces

- 1/4 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup dry sherry or water
