Baked Onion Blossom with Dill Sauce

Heat oven to 425°F. Peel onion; cut and discard root end
- 1 large sweet onion (such as Walla Walla or Maui)
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons Progresso® Plain Bread Crumbs
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Smoky BBQ Brisket

Preparation Instructions Place brisket in a gallon size Ziploc bag
- 2 pounds Brisket, Trimmed
- 4 ounces, fluid Natural Mesquite Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 whole Onion, Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 1/3 cups Worcestershire Sauce
- 18 ounces, fluid BBQ Sauce
Prime Rib Dinner

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Rub roast liberally with salt and pepper
- 2 stalks of celery, cut in half
- 2 carrots, peeled and cut in half, lengthwise
- 1 onion, cut in half
- 5 pounds prime rib of beef, bone in
- Coarse salt
- Fresh ground pepper
Tyler Florence's Fried Chicken

Directions Put the chicken pieces into a large bowl
- One 3-to 4-pound chicken, cut up into 10 pieces
- Kosher salt
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4 cups buttermilk

- 1/4 cup (about a handful) Italian parsley, chopped
Pizza Pasta Bake

- 1 lb Italian sausage or hamburgerPizza Pasta Bake
- ◾8oz medium egg noodles (about 4 cups)
- ◾1 can cheddar cheese soup
- ◾2 cups pizza sauce
- ◾8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- ◾1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- ◾1/4 cup chopped pepperoni or mini pepperoni

- 2 pounds queso blanco-style processed cheese, such as Velveeta Queso Blanco, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cans diced tomatoes and green chiles, such as Rotel
- 1 jar diced pimientos
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped finely
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Clementine and Cranberry Glazed Cornish Game Hens

- Special equipment: an enameled cast-iron Dutch oven
Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons Grated Onion (or 1 Tbsp Dried Onion Flakes))
- 1 Tablespoon Poppy Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Spicy Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Horseradish Mayo Or Straight Prepared Horseradish
- Dash Of Worcestershire
