In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, mustard and horseradish until blended
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 5 flour tortillas (10 inches), room temperature
- 7 packages (2 ounces each) thinly sliced deli corned beef

Moist Lemon Chicken Recipe

Directions Heat oven to 400 degrees F (200 C)
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken thighs, skin-on, bone-in, trimmed of excess fat
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest (1 teaspoon for rub and 2 teaspoons for sauce)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (1 tablespoon for rub, 1 tablespoon for cooking)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
- 1 1/4 cups (300 ml) low-sodium chicken stock
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Butterscotch Apple Dip

Instructions COMBINE sweetened condensed milk, butterscotch chips and salt in heavy saucepan
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 cup butterscotch-flavored chips
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

- 1 lb. fresh crimini mushrooms
- 4 tbsps. extra virgin oil
- 2 tbsps. White wine vinegar
- 2 tbsps. fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic freshly minced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely minced
- 2 tbsps. fresh oregano finely chopped
- 2 tbsps. fresh parsley, Finley chopped
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp. coriander seeds
Barbeque Sauce

This is a basic sauce my Mom always made
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 tbls Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup minced white onion
- 1 tbls corn starch
- 2 tbls water for the corn starch

Mix first 6 ingredients and 1/4 cup Miracle Whip just until blended
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 2 cans (170 g each) white tuna in water , drained, flaked
- 1 cup Kraft Creamy Mozza Shredded Cheese with a Touch of Philadelphia
- 1 small stalk celery , finely chopped
- 3 green onions , finely chopped
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread* , divided
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup roughly chopped marinated sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 pound fettuccine
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion, for garnish

- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
