In large mixing bowl, mix together flour and cornmeal
- 3/4 c self rising flour
- 1 c self rising corn meal (not mix)
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 small onion, finely minced (i use sweet onion)
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch onion powder
- 1 pinch old bay seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 to 1 c buttermilk
- canola oil for frying
Tater Tot Potato Skins

Use a wooden tool (like the end of a Pampered Chef spoon) to push a thawed tater tot into a greased mini muffin pan

- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 ⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1 ⁄2 cup chives, diced
- 1 ⁄2 cup bacon, crisp and chopped
Lemon Herb Seasoning for French Fries

- – 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- – 1 clove finely minced garlic
- – 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- – zest of one lemon
- – salt and pepper to taste (we used 1/2 tsp of each)
