- SANDWICH
- 4 chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
- (Pound chicken to 1/2 inch)
- salt, pepper, granulated garlic to taste
- olive oil, extra virgin (to coat grill pan)
- 1-2 slices swiss cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked to crisp
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 4 ciabatta rolls, sliced
- PESTO MAYONNAISE
- 2 Tablespoons prepared basil pesto
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- (combine pesto and mayonnaise in small bowl)
