LAYER first 4 ingredients in clear 3-qt
- 3 cups medium pasta shells, cooked, drained
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed, drained
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup KRAFT Natural Three Cheese Crumbles
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
Green Beans with Creamy Lemon Dressing

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 2 pounds green beans, trimmed, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 6 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only
- 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
One-Pot Taco Pasta

Brown meat with yellow onions in nonstick Dutch oven or large deep nonstick skillet
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cup each chopped red and yellow peppers
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 3 cups water
- 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 3 cups wagon wheel pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
- 1 green onion, diagonally cut into thin slices
RICH AND CHARLIE'S SALAD

Mix dressing and refrigerate a couple hours
- Dressing:
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 medium red onion, sliced thin
- 1 jar pimentos
- 1 can hearts of palm
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup parmesan
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2/3 cup oil
- salt and pepper
Almost-Famous Rosemary Bread

Stir the yeast, sugar and 1/4 cup warm water in a large bowl (or in the bowl of a stand mixer)
- 1 1/4-ounce packet active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing and serving
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt Freshly ground pepper
Roasted Beet Salad

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- 1 pound beets, roots and stems trimmed
- 1/4 cup plus 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 shallots, peeled and halved
- 2 oranges
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 12 ounces mixed greens
- 2 to 3 tablespoons salted sunflower seeds

- 5-6 day old croissants split in half
- 1 can(s) 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 14 oz milk, (can be skim, whole, 1 or 2 percent)

- 1 tsp good vanilla extract
- 2 tsp dark rum extract
