Mexican Chocolate Sundae

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 sticks (1 cup) salted butter
- 4 heaping tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- Cinnamon Hot Fudge Sauce, recipe follows
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
- Whipped cream, for serving
- Cherries, for topping

Crock Pot Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken

Cory's Famous Mac and Cheese

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) salted butter
- 4 blocks (8 ounces each) sharp cheddar cheese, such as Cracker Barrel, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can evaporated milk, such as Carnation
- 5 tablespoons sour cream
- 8 ounces extra-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup crumbled butter crackers, such as Ritz
Sangria Sunrise

Combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, blackberries, pineapple, orange, lime and wine in a pitcher
- 2 cups cold fresh orange juice
- 2 cups cold fresh pineapple juice
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup finely diced fresh pineapple
- 1 orange, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 lime, halved and thinly sliced
- Ice cubes, as needed
- 1 bottle fruity red wine, chilled
Creamy Mini Meatballs

Add the heavy cream, sour cream, and cream cheese to a medium sauce pan on medium heat
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons dry onion soup and dip mix
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 3 tablespoons Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt and pepper

- 6 medium potatoes (or you can use approximately 10 cups pre made frozen hash browns if you want).

- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 cups crushed cornflakes (or cracker crumbs)
