HUSBAND'S DELIGHT (CASSEROLE)

* Boil and drain spaghetti under hot water
- 1 pkg. spaghetti 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. ground beef 1/2 pint sour cream
- 4 small cans tomato sauce salt
- (add a little more if you use 3 lbs. beef) 1 full cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbs. Worstershire sauce 1 stick butter
- 1 carton cream style cottage cheese grated cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top
CHICKEN BREAST WITH STUFFING

Lightly grease a baking dish, layer chicken breast, then Swiss cheese, pour soup mixed with wine over the breasts
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups Swiss cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb stuffing
- 1/2 cup wine, I used half sherry and half white wine
- 1 stick butter, melted
Italian Egg Bread Bowl

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 round loaf good-quality Italian bread
- Olive oil, for drizzling, plus 2 tablespoons
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 ounces loose sweet Italian sausage
- 1 small Spanish onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 jarred Calabrian chiles, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tablespoons torn fresh basil
- 10 large eggs, whisked until frothy
- 6 ounces grated provolone
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
S'mores Rice Krispy Treats

Mix together the rice krispies, Golden Grahams, Marshmallow Bits, and chocolate chips
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 6 cups marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups rice krispies
- 2 cups Golden Grahams
- 3/4 cup Marshmallow Bits
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Bites

In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer
- 1 lb of Driscoll’s strawberries
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla

French Breakfast Muffins

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Chicken Marsala Ravioli Filling

- 8 ounces chicken breast, cut in strips
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1/4 cup Marsala wine or chicken broth
- 4 thin slices prosciutto, sliced
- 4 bay leaves
- Fresh thyme and parsley leaves
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated, divided
- Salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

- 2 tbsp. low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 small shallot, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. fresh thyme leaves, plus more for garnish
- 4 red potatoes, thinly sliced into rounds
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
- 1 large lemon, halved and thinly sliced
