French Onion Cheese Toasts

In large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat; add onions
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced (2 cups)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp.dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 French bread baguette (2 inches in diameter), cut into 24 slices
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1-1/4 cups (5 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends® Shredded Swiss Cheese
Cowboy Lasagna

In a large, heavy skillet over medium heat, add the oil and lightly brown the ground beef and sausage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef chuck
- 1 pound sage-flavored sausage, in bulk or removed from casing
- 1 pound sliced pepperoni
- One 16-ounce can diced fire-roasted tomatoes
- One 12-ounce can tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Pinch salt
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 16 ounces lasagna noodles
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 16 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
Hominy Casserole

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Butter, for greasing the pan
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- One 30-ounce can hominy, drained and rinsed
- 3/4 cup half-and-half
- Hot sauce, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar
- 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Rum Daiquiri Smoothie

- 2 cups ice

Grilled Chicken with Alabama White BBQ Sauce

Mix the sugar, salt and 3 quarts (12 cups) water together in a large plastic or stainless steel vessel
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup kosher salt
- One 5-pound chicken, quartered
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Alabama White BBQ Sauce, recipe follows
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
Grape Salad

Directions 1 Spread the grapes in a large flat bowl (9x13)
- WASH AND PAT DRY:
- 2 lb green grapes
- 2 lb red grapes
- BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- JUST BEFORE SERVING, TOP WITH:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup toasted pecans (chopped)

- 3 tablespoons canola oil, divided usage
- 2 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed

For the strata: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- STRATA:
- 6 cups cubed day-old French bread, with crust
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for greasing
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 large Spanish onions, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- One 10-ounce box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 10 large eggs
- 2 cups grated aged gruyere cheese
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh thyme
