LITTLE SMOKIES IN SYRUP

Cut bacon into small pieces
- ∙ 2 packages Little Smokies
- ∙ 1 pound bacon
- ∙ real maple syrup
- ∙ toothpicks
Club BLT Dip

Start by mixing the sour cream and mayo with the ranch powder together and set aside to blend
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 c Hellman's mayo
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled ( save some for garnish)
- 5-6 plum tomatoes diced (save some for garnish)
- 3-4 green onions diced ( save some green top for garnish)
- 1 c colby / jack cheese shredded ( save some for garnish)
- 2 tsp ranch dressing powder
- 6 slices deli smoked turkey sliced in small bite size cubes ( save some for garnish)
- 1 bag shredded lettuce, 8 oz.
- 1 box pretzel crackers (Flips)

Slow-Cooker Golden Chicken Pasta

Turn a slow cooker to low and coat it with cooking spray
- Nonstick cooking spray, for coating the slow cooker
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 to 1 1/2 pounds assorted mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 to 2 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- Two 15-ounce cans golden mushroom soup
- 16 ounces chive and onion cream cheese
- Two 0.7-ounce packages dry Italian dressing
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound of your favorite pasta
- Freshly grated Parmesan, for garnish
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Chicken Fajita Garbage Bread

For the garbage bread: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- Garbage Bread:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced crosswise
- 2 medium red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 medium red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and thinly sliced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Finely grated zest of 1 lime
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- 1 1/2 pounds store-bought pizza dough (see Cook's Note)
- 1/2 cup store-bought salsa verde
- 3 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese (9 ounces)
- 1 large egg, beaten, for egg wash
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Green Crema:
- 1 avocado, peeled and finely mashed
- 2/3 cup Mexican crema or sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Garides Saganaki (Shrimp Saganaki)

Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onion and saute until soft, about 5 minutes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 cup tomato (chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 splash ouzo (or mastic liqueur, optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 pound shrimp
- 1 handful parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 cup feta (crumbled)

- Cookie Layer:
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Special equipment: a 2 1/2-inch round cutter Stage 1: Combine the milk, sugar and 2 sticks butter in a large pot
- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 sticks salted butter
- 4 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast (2 envelopes)
- 9 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for flouring the surface
- 1 heaping tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder

Put the 1/4 cup olive oil and the garlic slices in a large skillet and place over medium heat
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch (about 1-1/4 pounds) broccoli rabe, chopped into 1/2 inch pieces
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced pickled hot cherry peppers, roughly chopped, plus 3 tablespoons of their pickling liquid
- 1 large sesame semolina loaf (about 14-by-4-inches and about 10 ounces)
