- Coconut oil cooking spray, for spraying the muffin tin
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, plus more for dusting the muffin tin
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 6 tablespoons unrefined coconut oil
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon (pinch) fine salt
- 2 large eggs plus 2 large egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons red gel food coloring
- 3 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar, for dusting

- 3 cups cinnamon cereal squares, such as Life
- 3 cups rice cereal squares, such as Chex
- 2 cups coarsely chopped dried apples

- 1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar

- 1 regular size can of rotel tomatoes and chilies....hot
- 1 Tbsp celery seeds
- 1 Tbsp garlic salt

- 1/2 tsp paprika, sweet mild
- 1 jar hormel real bacon bits...do not use dried imitation bits
- 3 c finely shredded cheese (i use monterey/cheddar mix)

- 1 medium white or yellow onion
- 6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) butter
- Two 14.5-ounce cans diced tomatoes
- One 46-ounce bottle or can tomato juice
- 3 to 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 or 2 tablespoons chicken base, or 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup sherry, optional
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
