APPLE PIE BREAKFAST BAKE

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 cans Pillsbury refrigerated crusty French loaf
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 21 ounce can apple pie filling
- 1 12 ounce can sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup maple syrup, warmed
Ham and Cheese Rolls

Preheat oven to 400 F and line two large baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper and set aside
- 1 17.5 oz package (2 sheets) store-bought puff pastry(thawed but still cool)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 12 slices deli ham
- 1-1 1/2 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella)
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried basil or oregano ( you can combine both)
- 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

- 1 pound cucumbers, sliced crosswise into 1/8 inch slices
- 1 medium onion, halved and sliced thin

- 1 onion, diced
- 8 ounces ground beef
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup canned white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 3/4 cup canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 10 ounces uncooked elbows pasta
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
