Spicy BBQ Pulled Pork Stuffed Pepper Mini's

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup outta the park spicy bbq sauce
- 1/3 pound smoked pork, chopped
- 6-8 ounces mexican shredded cheese
- 1/2 small onion, grated
- 2 Tbsp gourmet peppers, chopped
- 2 medium garlic cloves, grated
- 2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- zest of 1 lime
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chipolte chili powder
- 1/2 tsp habanero sea salt
- 12 mini bell peppers, cut in half

- 1 large package (6 oz) orange Jell-O
- 3 cups water
- 1 large package (5.1 oz) Cook and Serve Vanilla pudding mix

Make the Mac Juice early so it can rest and absorb the flavors
- Mac Juice:
- 2 1/4 C Mayonnaise
- 1 3/4 C Sour Cream
- 1 Tbs Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 Tbs Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 3/4 C white sugar
- 1/3 C Cider Vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic salt

- 2 large purple onions diced
- 2 large green bell peppers diced
- 3 Cups shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 5 Cups large pasta shell noodles
Balsamic Maple Dijon Chicken with Bacon Sauce

Cook the bacon in a large pan until crispy and set aside on paper towels to drain and cool before crumbling

- 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari)
