Salmon-Corn Chowder

- 1 can (7 3/4 oz,) salmon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. finely diced celery
- 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 vegetarian-style boullion cubes
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. peeled, diced potatoes
- 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 can (8 3/4 oz.) cream-style corn
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- salt and pepper
- chopped fresh dill or parsley, optional
Duo Tater Bake

1. Place russet potatoes in a Dutch oven and cover with water
- 4 lbs. russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 lbs. sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cartons (8 oz. each) spreadable chive and onion cream sauce
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/4 c. shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
- TOPPING
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Eye of the Round Pot Roast

In heavy casserole with lid, brown roast in oil with the garlic
- 2 lbs. eye of round beef roast
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and bruised
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3/4 c. red cooking wine or beef broth
- 1 tsp. instant coffee powder
- 1/2 to 1 tap. salt
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp. cold butter or margarine, cut into small pieces
Tuna Noodle Casserole

Preheat oven to 350°. In small saucepan, over medium heat, cook celery and onion in margarine until tender
- 8 oz. egg noodles, cooked
- 1 (12 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 1/2 c. each celery and onion
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
- 1 (2 oz.) jar pimiento, drained, optional
- 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
Maryland Cream of Crab Soup

Bring milk, half and half, and heavy whipping cream to a boil
- 1 pound Maryland jumbo lump crab meat
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 3 teaspoons OLD BAY Seasoning
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 pints heavy whipping cream
- 1 quart half and half
- cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pint milk
Maple Nut Sticky Buns

- 1 lb. precooked Italian-style sausages
- 6 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. quick brown rice
- 1 green or red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen Italian-style green beans, thawed
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) beef broth
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Succulent Country Ribs

- 3 to 4 lbs. country-style pork ribs
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. mild soy sauce
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar, packed
- 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- few dashes hot pepper sauce

- 1 can (15 ounce size) pumpkin
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
