- 1/2 cup turnip, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup green beans, cut in half
- 1 large onion, peeled and small diced
- 1/2 cup potatoes, diced

- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- pinch dried oregano
- 2 tbsp. fresh basil, chopped
- 1 cup dry red kidney beans, soaked overnight

- 1 bag (1 lb,) frozen pearl onions, thawed

- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tbsp. sea salt
- 1 tbsp. crushed red pepperflakes
- 1 tbsp. sugar
