1. In a large bowl, cream shortening and 1 1/2 cups sugar until light and fluffy
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 3/4 cups sugar, divided
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Grilled Ham and Cheese

Brown Sugar Peanut Butter Cookies
