Mandarin Orange Kugel

Combine all ingredients and pour into 8 x 8 inch pan
- 8 ounces noodles -- cooked and drained
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 can mandarin oranges -- drained
- 1 small can crushed pineapple -- with juice
- 3 eggs
Lemon Mousse - Easy

- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 8 ounces Rich's Whip
Pot Stickers

Mix filling ingredients together in a large bowl
- 25 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 green onion -- diced
- 2 teaspoons ginger -- diced
- 2 teaspoons fresh garlic -- diced
- SPICY SOY DIPPING SAUCE
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons white or rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon green onion -- thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- PEANUT BUTTER DIPPING SAUCE
- 2 Tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon white or rice vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons water
Za'atar Spiced Potato Salad

In a large pot of boiling water, cook the potatoes 20 to 30 minutes until they are tender
- 5 pounds small red new potatoes
- 1 large red onion -- diced
- 2 cups red grapes -- cut in half
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 3 stalks celery -- thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 Tablespoons za'atar
- 1/4 cup sliced toasted almonds
White Corn Salad

- 2 cans white corn
- 1/2 red pepper -- diced
- 1/2 pound snow peas -- diced
- 1/4 red onion -- diced
- 3 Tablespoons oil
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Mocha Chewies

Lightly grease a 9x9 inch pan
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 Tablespoon instant coffee crystals
- 1 cup dark chocolate pieces
- 1 cup marshmallow cream
- 1 15.25 ounce package oreo cookies (about 30 cookies) -- finely crushed
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
Green Beans and Pan Roasted Red Onions

Bring water to a boil in large saucepan; add beans
- 5 cups water
- 1 pound green beans
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 3 red onions -- cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Honey Fried Chicken

Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper to taste, then coat each seasoned piece with honey
- 1 whole chicken -- cut up
- salt and pepper
- honey for coating
- 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 1 oz. pkg dry instant chicken broth mix

Molten Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup margarine -- at room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 12 ounces chocolate chips (2 cups)
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate bar -- broken into pieces
Wings - Sweet Chili
