- 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup strawberry fruit spread
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 green onions -- thinly sliced
Mustard Glazed Carrots

- 1 Tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 Tablespoon chili powder
- 1 Tablespoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Wheat Germ Cutlets

Preheat oven to 350. Line a jelly roll pan with a cooling rack
- 6 boneless skinless chcken breast halves
- 2 cups wheat germ
- 4 teaspoons dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 large eggs -- beaten
Couscous with Artichoke Hearts and Walnuts

- 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 Tablespoons tamari soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 Tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 4 to 6 cups short grain brown rice
