Freezing day: Blanch the broccoli: Bring 6 cups of water to a boil
- 4 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups beef bouillon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- 1/4 –1/2 teaspoon red pepper, to taste
- 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thinly across the grain

This is a quick, from scratch garlic butter, to impress whomever you're cooking for
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 -4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil

- 1 (13 ounce) can pineapple chunks
- 1/3 cup olive oil, to fry up veggies and meat (included for nutritional values)
- DRY
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- WET
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
