Classic New Orleans Bread Pudding with a Bourbon Sauce

Instructions Preheat the oven to 350ºF
- SPICED CREAM:
- 1 teaspoon unsalted butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 8 slices day-old French bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 4 cups)

- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- KENTUCKY BOURBON SAUCE:
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons bourbon
Braised Balsamic Chicken

- 1 1 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- to black pepper to taste

- 3 cups bread flour or 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 4 teaspoons taco seasoning mix

- 1 pound dry ziti pasta
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped

- 1/2 pound ground pork sausage
- 1 1/2 (26 ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
