Preheat the oven to 350˚F
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds Jennie-O Turkey Store Boneless, Skinless Turkey Breast Roast
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce (7 grams carbs or less per 2 tablespoons)
- 1/4 cup water

CAKE: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- CAKE:
- Butter-flavored cooking spray
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1-3/4 cups whole-grain oat flour
- 1-1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 8 large egg whites
- 1-1/2 cups agave nectar
- 1/2 cup fat-free, fruit juice-sweetened vanilla yogurt (I used Cascade Fresh)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 recipe “Cut the Crap Whipped Topping” (recipe below)
- CUT THE CRAP WHIPPED TOPPING
- 3/4 cup light agave nectar
- 3 large egg whites, room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Michael's Best Button Mushrooms

In a large skillet, heat the oil over high heat
- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 pounds whole small button mushrooms, wiped clean
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Gray sea salt
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley leaves

Place a double layered piece of heavy-duty foil on a tray or cutting board; fold and gather edge to form a rim
- 3/4 pound green beans, trimmed
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus more for grill grates
- Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 strip steaks (about 1-inch thick), about 1 1/2 pounds total, trimmed of excess fat and halved
- Chimichurri sauce, recipe follows
- 1/2 small garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon red-wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs, such as parsley, mint and cilantro
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Cauliflower "Mac" and Cheese Casserole

- Kosher salt, as needed, plus 1/2 teaspoon
- 1 large head cauliflower, cut into small florets
- Vegetable oil spray
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar, plus 1/2 cup for topping the casserole
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- Equipment: 8 by 8-inch baking dish
DEEP FRIED FROG LEGS

- 1 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. lemon pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
