- 4 cups of flour
- 1 tbs. baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbs. powdered milk
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 cup shortening
- Extra flour to flour your hands
Cauliflower Cheese Bake Casserole

Serves 6-8 Pre-heat oven to 400º F and lightly grease a large baking dish with butter or nonstick spray
- 2 2 2 pounds (1 head) cauliflower, stalk and stems removed
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 3 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- fresh dill, chopped, garnish
- to salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

- 2 cups Bread Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Sourdough Starter, recipe follows
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 3 cups Warm Water (110 degrees F)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Active Dry Yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 cups All-Purpose Flour

Spicy Dipping Sauce: Preheat oil in a deep-fryer to 350 degrees F
- Peanut oil, for frying
- 3 large zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup water
- Ranch dressing, for dipping
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons buttermilk

- 24 ounces dry fettuccini pasta
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 pint heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 3/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 3 tablespoons butter, plus extra for casserole dish
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 pound shiitake or baby bella mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 (10-ounce) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar-Monterey blend
