- 1 clove of garlic, crushed (or 2 tsp of garlic purée, if you have it)
- 1 kg potatoes, washed (red potatoes such as desiree or romano are good)
- 200 ml double cream
- 75 g unsalted butter
- Salt and cayenne pepper

- 375 ml all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda

- For the cure:
- 1 4-rib rack of free-range pork
- 1 large bunch thyme
- 200 g salt
- 2 garlic cloves

- For the cooking process:
- 1 large onion
- 2 medium-large carrots
- 1 leek
- 3 cloves garlic
- 100-150 g unsalted butter
- 50 ml groundnut (peanut) oil
- 1 bunch thyme
- 1 bunch marjoram (optional)
- For the glaze:
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Indonesian soy sauce

- 6 large egg whites
- 250 g caster sugar
- 160 g plain/all-purpose flour
- 1 heaped Tbsp potato starch or cornflour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g melted butter (just under a stick), slightly cooled
Mango yogurt cake

The cake needs to set for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, so make it on a night before
- Base:
- 200 g gingerbread cookies or cocoa biscuits, crushed
- 80 g butter, melted
- Mango filling:
- 500 g good-quality mango pulp
- 200 g plain yogurt
- 200 ml whipping cream (35-38% fat content)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- juice of a large lemon
- 8 gelatine leaves (or 2 Tbsp gelatine powder)
- Garnish:
- pistachio nuts, sliced or mint or lemon balm leaves

Du behöver inte leva utan tomater bara för att det är vinter
- 1 burk hela tomater
- 1/2 liten rödlök
- 1 msk pressad lime
- 1 tsk finrivet limeskal
- 1/2 msk ljust muscovadosocker eller farin
- 1 liten thaichili á 5 cm eller 1 tsk chiliflingor
- 1/2 dl grovhackad koriander eller långkoriander
- 1 tsk hel spiskummin eller 1/2 tsk mald
- 1/2 tsk kanel
- 1/2 tsk anis

- 100 gram smör
- 20 st sötmandel
- 1 ,5 dl farinsocker, brunt (eller råsocker)

- 3 ,75 dl mjöl
- 1 ,5 tsk bakpulver
- 2 tsk kanel, malen
