- 1 1/2 cups warm milk, 105° to 110°F
- 1 cup warm water, 105° to 110°F
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 2 cups King Arthur 100% White Whole Wheat Flour
- 4 to 5 cups Special For Machines Bread Flour
- 1/8 teaspoon ascorbic acid (with so much molasses, this will really help your dough rise)
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast (first choice) or active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 3 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1/2 cup molasses

This recipe uses a basic bread dough method, but the mix of flours gives an interesting texture and flavour
- 350 g wholemeal flour
- 100 g rye flour
- 50 g quinoa flour or extra rye flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 7 g sachet fast-action yeast
- 125 g pack sunflower seeds
- 25 g caraway seeds
- 50 g each poppy seeds and sesame seeds

- 150 g buna-shimeji mushrooms, large base removed
- 200 g chestnut mushrooms, sliced

- 35 g tahini paste

- Tomatsås:
- 1 bit fläskkarré á 1.2 kg
- 1 dl tomatpuré
- 1/2 tsk salt
- 1 dl olivolja
- 1/2 msk hela spiskummin
- 2-3 tsk chiliflingor (gärna turkiska rökiga)
- 2 tsk mald korianderfrö
- (ev 1/2 msk finhackat citronskal)
- 3-4 klyftor vitlök
- 1 burk körsbärstomater
- 2 klytftor vitlök
- 1 tsk mald koriander
- 1/2 tsk mortlade eller malda spiskummin
- 1/2 msk ekologiskt grönsaksbuljongspulver
- Till servering:
- Kokt broccoli

1. Skala äggen och finfördela dem till smått i en skål med hjälp av en ballong visp
- Fyllning:
- 1 förp. Polarkaka (3st hela kakor)
- 6 st kokta ägg
- 4 dl tjock yoghurt

- 1.5 dl finstrimlad purjo

- 2 st mogna avokado
- 3 dl creme fraiche
