Shrimp Spring Rolls with Spicy Apricot Mustard Dip

- 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
- 2 cups broccoli slaw
- 2 tablespoons prepared sesame-ginger marinade
- 1 (4.7-ounce) package spring roll wrappers
- Canola or vegetable oil, for deep frying
- 1 tablespoon sesame-ginger marinade
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

- 1 1 to 350°F. 2 1/2-quart 350°F. Spray 2 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray.

- 3 to 4 jalapenos, finely chopped

- 2 limes, zested and juiced
- 2 oranges, zested and juiced
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- Salt and fresh ground black pepper

- Sea salt, preferably gray salt

- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns

This comforting and reliable classic features tuna, egg noodles, cream of mushroom soup and peas, topped with a c
- 1 Heat the oven to 400°F. Stir the soup, milk, pimientos, if desired, peas, tuna and noodles in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl.
- 2 Bake the tuna mixture for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Stir the tuna mixture. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture.
- 3 Bake for 5 minutes or until the bread crumb mixture is golden brown.
- For a crunchy, flavorful onion topping, substitute 1 can (2.8 ounces) French's® French Fried Onions (about 1 1/3 cups), crushed, for the bread crumbs and butter.
- For a flavor twist, try using Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup instead of the Cream of Mushroom.
- For Chicken Noodle Casserole, substitute 2 cups cubed cooked chicken for the tuna.

- 1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Grease cookie sheets. In large bowl, mix cake mix, pumpkin, butter and egg; stir until well blended. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
- 2 Bake 11 to 14 minutes or until puffed and set in center. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheets to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
- 3 Frost cookies with cream cheese frosting. Press 1 candy pumpkin onto each cookie. Store covered.
