Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- For Pie Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs (about 7 oz of cookies, processed in a food processor)
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- Cookie Dough:
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature
- 3/8 cup granulated sugar
- 3/8 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- For Filling:
- 3/4 cups light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups whole milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Topping:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

- 4 slices prepared Fleischmann's® Simply Homemade® No Knead Bread Mix, any flavor
- 4 teaspoons butter OR margarine, softened
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce
- Dash Spice Islands® Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 4 ounces thinly sliced turkey
- 2 slices Swiss OR provolone cheese

- 5 pounds beef roast, chuck, round or sirloin can be used
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil, for browning
- 2 medium onions, sliced
