Cheese and Mushroom Lavosh Recipe

I do many things with the LaVash,just putting the N
- 1 *Valley lavosh* bread -12 to 14 inch round
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, chopped fine
- 8 oz. N.Y. white cheddar cheese or any flavor of choice, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Maple-Glazed Beans

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- 1 lb yellow eye or navy beans, soaked overnight and drained
- 2 cloves
- 1 small onion, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 lb *Drier's* meaty bacon,
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp *Drier's* mustard
- 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Bacon Squares

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 paprika
- 2 c. shredded New York cheddar cheese
- 8 slices *Drier's* bacon fried crisply and crumbled
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 14 slices white bread
New-Look Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray
- 4-1/2 lb. red potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1 container (16 oz.) Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1 lb. Longhorn cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 lb. *Drier's* Smoked Ham, chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
Mini Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Rolls

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 14 oz. Hawaiian rolls
- 3/4 sliced *Drier's* ham
- 1 c. minced, onion
- 8 oz. shredded longhorn or N.Y.sharp cheese
- 1 tbsp. poppy seeds
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 tbsp. *Drier's* mustard
Bacon-Wrapped Artichoke Hearts

- 1 jar (12 oz.) marinated artichoke heart quarter
- 9 slices *Drier's* bacon, cut in half
Drier’s Smoked Sausage and Potato Fry

Saute potatoes and onions in large frying pan using olive oil
- 6-8 potatoes sliced med
- 1 lb. *Drier's* summer sausage, casing removed, cut in 3 inch sections
- 1 med. onion sliced med
- *Drier's* seasoning salt
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
Drier's Ham And Cheese Omelet

Melt butter in medium skillet over medium heat; sauté ham
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 med. slices of *Drier's* ham chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 8 to 12 eggs beaten
- 1/2 to 1 c. of shredded N.Y.cheddar cheese
Chefs Special Omelet

Put eggs in a blender, and mix on high until egg mixture is almost white
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. diced potato, boiled until tender
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. diced *Drier’s* ham
- 1/2 c. diced *Drier’s* bacon, cooked
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- 1 slice longhorn cheese
Ham and Cheese Stuffed Potatoes

- 6 T. butter
- 2 T. grated onion
- 1/4 r. pepper

- 6 oz longhorn cheese shredded
