Frankfurter Casserole With Sauerkraut

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 lb. sauerkraut
- 2 c. beer (lager)
- 2 lb. *Drier's* hot dogs
- *Drier's* mustard
Beer Cheese Soup

Saute onion, celery, and carrot-in butter in a large pot over medium-low heat for 10 minutes
- t. Unsalted Butter:
- 1 c. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. celery; minced
- 1/2 c. carrot minced
- 5 tbsp.. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. *Drier's* mustard
- 1 c. beer (such as lager)
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. tabasco
- 1 c. whole milk
- 1 lb. sharp N.Y. cheddar, grated
- 4 oz. cream cheese, cubed
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- salt to taste
Honey-Dijon Ham Sandwiches (slow cooker)

In 4-to 6 quart slow cooker, place ham and apple juice
- 5 lb *Drier's* boneless ham(5 lb.)
- 1/3 c. apple juice
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard or *Drier's* mustard
- 24 sandwich buns, split
- small lettuce leaves
- American cheese slices
- additional mustard, if desired

- 2 c. fully cooked ham, cubed
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soups
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 can chopped onion
Ham Macaroni Salad

Prepare macaroni and cheese according to package directions; cool for 20 minutes
- 1 pkg. (7-1/2 oz.) macaroni and cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. *Drier's* mustard
- 3 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped.
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 c. *Drier's* ham, diced
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. Sechler's sweet pickle relish
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Marshall Field's Zesty Tomato Soup

In a med. saucepan, fry bacon untl crisp
- 3 strips *Drier's* bacon
- 1/2 small yellow onion,diced
- 1 10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup
- 1 soup can whole milk
- 1 16 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 t. dried thyme
- 1/2 t. dried basil
- 1/8 t. dried oregano
- salt & pepper to taste
Baked Ham With Orange Glaze

Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan
- 1/2 bone-in or 1/2 boneless fully cooked *Drier's* ham (6 to 7 lb.)
- 2 c. apple cider or apple juice
- 2 c. orange juice
- 1/3 c. orange marmalade
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. *Drier's* mustard
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Pasta Ham Hot Dish

Cook the spaghetti according to package directions
- 4 oz. uncooked spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
- 1/4 C. chopped onion
- 1 T. butter
- 2 C. *Drier's* ham, cubed
- 1 can (15-14 oz)whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (14-3/4oz) cream-style corn
- 1 C. Longhorn or N.Y. cheese
- 1/2 *Drier's* seasoning salt
Salami Roll-Ups

In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, mustard and chiles until smooth
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 tsp. driers mustard
- 1 can (4.5 oz.) old el paso chopped green chiles
- 6 old el paso flour tortillas for burritos, 8 inch (from 11.5-oz pkg.)
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced salami
- 6 leaves leaf lettuce
Rainbow Veggie Salad

- salad:
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rainbow or plain rotini pasta (4 1/2 oz.)
- 2 c. cubed driers ham (about 3/4 lb.)
- 1 c. thinly sliced carrots (2 medium)
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced radishes (4 medium)
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions (4 medium)
- 1 large cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, sliced
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- dressing:
- 3/4 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
