Monte Cristo Sandwich

Heat oven to 400 degrees F
- 3 tbsp. *Drier's* mustard
- 2 6-count boxes frozen French toast
- 10 oz. *Drier's* thinly sliced ham
- 10 oz. *Drier's* thinly sliced turkey
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise (optional)
- 6 tbsp. butter, at room temperature
Quick Black Bean Soup

1 Heat oil in 3 qt. saucepan over med
- 1 t. oil
- 1/2 C. chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 C. finely chopped onion
- 1 C. *Drier's* ham, chopped
- 2 cans refried black beans with lime juice
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1/2 t. chili powder
- 1 1/2 C. water or chicken broth
- 2 T. sour cream
- 2 T. chopped fresh cilantro, if desired
Yin-Yang Sandwiches

Slice the bread in half. Spread the bottom with the mayonnaise
- 1 loaf ciabatta or French bread
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb. sliced provolone
- 1 lb. sliced drier’s ham
- 1/4 lb. sliced drier’s salami
- 1/4 c. jarred pepperoncini (hot Tuscan peppers) or roasted red peppers optional
- 1 small head butter lettuce
Scalloped Potatoes ‘n’ Ham

In a small bowl, combine creamer and water until smooth
- 3/4 c. powdered nondalry creamer
- 1-3/4 c. water
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp. dried minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. paprika
- 6 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 c. diced fully cooked ham
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

Set up grill for direct cooking over medium heat oil grate when ready co start cooking
- 4 hearty beef franks, driers
- 4 slices thick-cut bacon,
- 1 white onion, sliced in rings
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, bertolli hot dog buns toasted
- sauerkraut, claussen
- nacho sliced jalapenos, emboso (sliced pickled jalapenos)
- sweet relish,
- condiments (such as yellow mustard and ketchup)

- 1 1/2 lb. frozen shredded potatoes, ore-ida
- 1/2 lb. diced ham, drier
- 1 c. frozen chopped onion, ore-ida
- 1 pkg.(8-oz.) crumbled sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cans (10.75 oz. each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, campbell’s
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, digiomo

- 1 bag (5 oz.) baby spinach
- 1 lb sweet potatoes, peeled, halved lengthwise, then cut crosswise in 1/4 in thick slices
- 8 oz. green beans, ends trimmed, beans cut in half (2 1/3 c.
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 8 oz. thick-sliced *Drier's* Canadian bacon, stacked and cut in strips
- 1 red onion, cut in thin wedges
- 1/3 c. honey-Dijon dressing

- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh sage

- 2 c. milk
- 3 c. grated N.Y. cheddar divided
- 2 1/2 c. *Drier's* turkey cubed
- 1 1/2 c. diced apple
- 1 1/2 c. croutons, lightly crushed
