Sparkling Fruit Salad

In a large serving bowl, combine the pineapple, oranges, strawberries and grapes
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks or 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 c. halved fresh strawberries
- 1 c. halved green grapes
- 1 c. gallo family vineyards moscato
- 1 1/2 c. chilled club soda
Easy Layered Salad

Place salad greens in bottom of a large serving bowl
- 4 c. mixed salad greens
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded longhorn cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 c. frozen peas, thawed
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 2 c. cubed *Drier's* ham
- 1/2 c. chopped red onion
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. *Drier's* mustard
Glazed Pork Loin With Garlic Potatoes

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 1 pork loin - (abt 5 lbs)
- Salt to taste
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 18 small new potatoes
- 3 tablespoons red currant jelly
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
- (or 3/4 tspn dried rosemary)
- 3/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard - (to 3 tspns)
- 1 garlic clove minced
Blue Cheese Potatoes

Place the potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water
- 2 lb. red potatoes, cut into chunks
- 1/4 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
- 1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb. *Drier's* sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

Pork Tenderloin With Mustard And Thyme

Remove the fat from the tenderloins and wash and dry them
- 2 pounds pork tenderloins
- 1/2 cup *Drier's* mustard
- 4 large garlic cloves crushed
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme
- Freshly-ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Asparagus Swiss Quiche

In a skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp
- 10 strips *Drier's* bacon diced
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 unbaked pastry shell (9 inches)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. half-and-half cream

- 1/2 *Drier's* ham (3 to 4 lb.)
- 12 to 15 whole cloves
- 1 can (12 oz.) beer or beef broth
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
Apple And Cheddar Crumble
