Drier’s Smoked Bacon, New York White Cheddar and Potato Omelet

Preheat a stove top or electric griddle, over medium high heat
- 2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 1 large Idaho potatoes, peeled and grated
- salt
- freshly ground white pepper
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 lb. *Drier's* smoked bacon, cooked until crispy
- 3 oz. N.Y. white cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
Glorified Baked Beans

Glorified Baked Beans 270 degrees 2 ½ hours Brown hamburger and onion
- 1 lb. Hamburger (browned and drain)
- 1 sm onion (chopped)
- 1/2 lb. *Drier's* Bacon (cool and crumble)
- 1 sm can lima beans
- 1 sm can butter beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 sm can pork and beans
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
Eggs With *Drier's* Ham, Cheddar, and Chives

In a large nonstick skillet; over medium heat, melt the butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp. unsalted butter
- 10 eggs
- 2 tbsp. milk or water
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/4 c. *Drier's*diced ham
- 1 1/2 c. shredded N.Y. sharp cheddar
- 1/3 c. chopped fresh chives
Maple-Glazed Beans

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- 1 lb yellow eye or navy beans, soaked overnight and drained
- 2 cloves
- 1 small onion, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 lb *Drier's* bacon, fat side scored
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp *Drier's* mustard
Ham Rolls with Zippy Sauce

Heat oven to 350 In large bowl,combine all ingredients for ham rolls; mix well
- 1 lb. ground *Drier's* ham
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 lb.lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 C. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 C. milk
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- ZIPPY SAUCE
- 10 3/4 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 C. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 C. cider vinegar
- 1 t. *Drier's* mustard
Ham 'N Egg Swiss Bake

Grease 13x9 glass baking dish
- 12 slices whole wheat bread
- 6 oz shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 C.*Drier's* ham cubed
- 4 oz. N.Y. cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 1/2 C. milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 t *Drier's* mustard
- 1/2 t. onion salt
- 1 C. cornflakes, coarsely crushed
Drier's Ham Salad

Grind ham and onion together, add relish, mix with mayonnaise to taste
- 2 lb. *Drier's* ham
- 1/2 onion
- 1 c. Sechler's pickle relish
- light mayonnaise

- 1 can (12 fluid oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 pkg. (30 oz.) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 2 c. (8 oz.) N.Y. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, chopped
